We got this lamp when we first got married. Stephen used to work at a warehouse, and one day they were giving away returned merchandise. We grabbed this "happy" lamp. I would turn the face to the wall so it would look semi-normal.
I went to Joann's got some fabric, spray painted the bottom, and voola, a brand new lamp.
I really like it, except I am wishing that I spray painted the bottom white, instead of black, oh well.

That lamp is so cute, I really like it! I'll have to try some 'flip' projects.
Looove it! You'll have to show me how you did the shade. I like the black, but you can always just spray paint it again white. easy fix!
