Alex's train ride

The past year Alex's interest in trains has been growing. It doesn't hurt that we live close to a track station so every once in awhile we'll see a train go by. For the past month he has been asking to ride one. He has been on once before but it was a year and a half ago and so he doesn't remember.

I talked to my sister who lives in south Jordan and decided to take a train ride to visit her. Alex couldn't stop talking about riding the train. He was so excited! 

One we got on he was amazed. He couldn't stop looking around. 

My sister met us at her train stop. We had a picnic and played at the park. Daybreak has the best parks!

After awhile we headed back home on the train. He was sad to get off and wanted to ride over and over again. I definitely think we'll do it again.
