We started the day off at Red Butte Garden. They are beautiful gardens maintained by the U of U. While Stephen and I enjoyed all the flowers, Alex was not so enthused. Do not let this smile deceive you, he was fussing almost the whole time. He does look very cute and posed though.

That night I went to the rodeo with my sister, niece, and her friend.
I wish I would have gotten better pictures but my camera was acting up. It was a lot of fun. There were a lot of awesome cowboys with great rides. Unfortunately we sat right by the horses and I'm allergic to horses. My chest got heavy, itchy eyes, and runny nose. Luckily, the horses gradually left the arena and so my allergies got better.

I didn't know you were allergic to horses-I'll make sure never to offer to go riding :) (not that I ever have anyway-I've never even been on a horse)
