Vacation Part 2

For part two of our "staycation" we went hiking at Millcreek Canyon. We went bright and early to stay cool but we didn't need to worry about it since the day was overcast. We went on a 3.5 mile hike which was a perfect length. We got home right on time for Alex's nap.

 At night we gave Alex his first haircut. The back of his head was getting quite mulletish. Here are some before pics.

 He did really well at first, but about half way through he got fidgety. By the end he was done. He was screaming and very squiggly. Cutting a one year olds hair is not easy.

We cut it with a two which we found out was too short. Oh well.
