'E' Date

This date was a tricky one. We definitely needed help to plan this one. In the morning we went to Ensign Peak to get some exercise. I had never been on this hike, nor had I heard of it before. It is right by the capitol building and it is where Brigham Young, along with others, went to to plan out the layout of Salt Lake City. Also, they brought a US flag there, and posted it not long after. 

It was not a very long hike, but was steep. It was still enjoyable, and had great views at the top.

For dinner we had Egg Scramble which is a fun variation of scrambled eggs.
