One down, four to go

I survived my first week back at work. It was easier than I thought it would be, although it is something I'm glad I don't have to do permanetly. My students were glad to  have me back, and were very excited to see pictures of Alex. Some things have improved since I left, and some students haven't changed. All in all it will be tolerable for five weeks.

It has made me appreciate the time I do have with him. I think of him often throughout the day. It has definetly thrown off his schedule. Where before he was getting up once or twice at night, now he sleeps maybe a couple hours at night. Hopefully next week will be better.

On a side note, my insurance company has labeled my car totalled. This week we should find out how much we are getting from insurance, and then we can go car shopping.

I know you are so happy about the car! I hope it works out for you. I am sure Alex will get used to your schedule soon. You are lucky that he is a good baby. I think God gives us the sweet ones first, otherwise we won't have anymore. Viki was such an easy baby. Jonny had the worst colic and cried for three months. (I learned to have a special place in my heart for colicky babies though.) Aron got sick a lot. Every baby is different!
