Enjoying Autumn

I have been looking forward to Autumn for awhile. I wanted the weather to start changing, the leaves to turn colors, and for the apple and pumpkin picking to begin. Yesterday we went to a farm to pick apples, but, by the time we got there, they had all been picked.

We decided to get some pumpkins and carve them instead.

Scampers loved being there. He got to walk around, smell the pumpkins and play in the dirt.
Stephen wanted to be ambitious and so carved someone in a gas mask. I on the other hand, just wanted to carve for the fun of it, and didn't care so much how it turned out. Alas, I have a gravestone and a moon.
After carving pumpkins we went on Youtube to find old old Halloween movies. We landed on the classics, Disney. We watched one where Donald Duck did tricks instead of treats; another one where ghosts called Mickey, who ran a company to get rid of Ghosts, so they could haunt them; and finally The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. I am now ready for Halloween to be here.

Love the pumpkins and how you are embracing autumn. We have been enjoying the changing leaves and the crisper temperatures.
