New Apartment

After all the searching, we finally put a deposit down on an apartment. What's funny is that it is right down the street from where we live now! Stephen didn't care really where we were going to live, he just wanted to upgrade. At first I definetly wanted to live in Murray. It is directly east of us. Because of this, it is safer. In Utah, the farther east you go, the nicer the homes and neigborhoods are. We looked and found some apartments we really liked, but in the end decided not to go because it was too far away for both of our jobs. So then, we decided to try Salt Lake City. It would be closer for Stephen for work and school, and not too much farther for me. I looked at some apartments, but after talking to some people we decided it wouldn't be much better than where we live now. So finally we decided to stay here. We both really like the ward we are in so decided that if we are going to stay in the same area, we might as well stay in the same ward.

So today I went to the complex and talked to them and prices and availability. The apartments were just in our price range, and they are so much nicer. The apartment that we live in now is 450 sq ft. The apartment we are moving into is 720 sq ft. That is practically double! Plus we will have a porch, with tons of storage. All the kitched appliances are new, and the place was recently remodeled. The best part for me, is that it has a washer and dryer in the apartment. How fabulous! Our lease ends in the end of November, so we are planning to move in the saturday before, so the 28th of November.

We both can't wait to move in, and as soon as we do, we will have plenty of pictures to show you.
