We stayed at the Armstrong Mansion, which is a bed and breakfast downtown. It was the first time Stephen and I had ever been to one. We stayed in the April Gardens room. It was decorated very Victorian, with a lot of flowers.
I guess I should have taken pictures when we got in, instead of the next morning, after we had messed everything up. But it gives you an idea of the style. Definitely not my style, more like my mothers, but nice nonetheless.
The best part of the whole room was the tub. It was a huge soaker tub with jets. Unfortunately the jets weren't working. Frustrating, but it was still awesome. I took two long bubble baths in there.
For dinner we went to Rodizio Grill. It was amazing, the food was delicious. All the meat was gluten free, and most of the food at the salad bar was as well. My favorite was the bacon wrapped turkey and the pineapple.
This is the food I collected it two minutes. Gotta love waiters walking around with meat.
After dinner we The Hobbit in 3D. I loved all the details 3D added. We both liked the movie, but it was long. We were feeling the 2 hours and 45 mns.
All in all a great anniversary. Looking forward to many more.
