Utah State Fair

Today Stephen and I went to the Utah State Fair. I have such good memories of going to the Minnesota State Fair. There was so many fun exhibits, yummy food, fun rides, and great music. We got a sitter for Alex expecting to have a ton of people there. 

The fair here is about a 1/4 the size of the one in Minnesota. There weren't as many adventurous foods and not as much to see. It was a bit of a disappointment. We did make the most of it and see a few fun things. 

We saw a tight rope walker, some high dives (some from eighty feet!), the livestock, carnival area and different vendors. I was surprised to see clothes vendors there. Kinda strange. We saw some antique tractors.

 We also rode the ferris wheel. There was a cool view from the top.

We most likely won't return to this state fair. It makes me appreciate the one in Minnesota all the more.
