Today is day one of my spring break. I have been so excited to have the time off so I can go running with Scampers, and take him to the park. Evidently Mother Nature has some other plans. It has been snowing all day long. Literally. No break in the snow at all. Urrr
But, Stephen and I did go see Sean Hannity at the Borders by our apartment. It was so close that we walked, in the snow. Yeah, we're really cool. Anyway, we had to wait it in line for about an hour to get him to sign his new book, but while we were waiting we saw Jason Chaffetz. We got to shake his hand, and his personal photographer took a picture of us shaking hands. Later, when we got to see Sean Hannity I just hung back. I let Stephen give the book to him, and shake his hand. As I am walking away he asks Stephen who I am, then asks if I'm shy, and tells me to go over and shake his hand. I was really embarrased! My face turned all red!
I told Stephen that we're political nerds because of all the famous people that come around here, we have only seen Sarah Palin and Sean Hannity.
