What to do?

During the summer I love to run, walk and bike outside. Recently I have been walking a lot because I don't have my bike up and running yet, and also because I have a lot of time since I am mostly home alone all day. I walk to to the library a lot and to the grocery store, and at least one random walk a day. Well yesterday I was walking to the library when this strange man on the street told me that I shouldn't be walking alone in the neighborhood because it's a tough neighbor and kids have been known to jump people. Ever since then I don't want to walk alone on the street. If somebody I didn't even know told me to not do it, I should listen. But now, I have no way of exercising. I drive everywhere, and I feel like a lazy bum. It is so nice outside that I want to go outside, but it is no secret that we don't live in the best area, so I am stuck. What should I do to keep moving?

Oh that stinks. I agree with Amber. You can do somethings to exercise at home. But I know sometimes you get tired of the same things and want to see the outside. Can you drive to a nice neighborhood or park to walk? That's what I do.

You can go jogging with Stephen when he gets off work and school. That is too bad, I hope you guys can move to a different neighborhood soon. I like the neighborhood I live in and I love going for walks with my kids everyday.

Hmmm...yoga's good for some people, but I know it does nothing for me. Pilates rocks, though! See if there's some videos at the librabry, or I know you can get some cheap at Ross and stuff. Push ups and lunges are miracle workers when at home. Drive to Karen's house and run!!!
